Sweet & Crunchy Cabbage Salad

1 Purple Cabbage

Handful of Golden Raisins

Handful of Cranberries

Mint leaves

Sunflower Seeds

(additional nuts or seeds)

Juice from a Lemon

Splash of Apple Cider Vinegar

Organic Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

Slice the cabbage into thin strips then wash your mint leaves. Add all the ingredients into a bowl, drizzle over Lemon Juice, Olive oil, salt & Pepper. Enjoy! This is a great party salad
